            The first look:of David Dhawan's action comedy Rascals headlining Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt and Kangana Ranautwas.

The poster shows Ajay and Sanjay as tattooed, bare-chested, beanie clad babies with mature faces. Dutt, the film's co-producer, is even wearing diapers, not to mention aviators.

Kangana, who will be seen in bikini and glamorous makeover in the film, isn't seen in the first look.

Ajay shared the poster on twitter with the accompanying tweet:

"Both Sanju & I are changing diapers at home but he took it to a step further :) Rascals for you. R u guys ROFL yet? Comments pls?."

The film's team recently returned from Bangkok after wrapping a long schedule in the city that started in February.

So far, no details have been officially released about the film, but it is rumored to be based on Hollywood's Ghost Riders (2007).

The action comedy is about two cool competing conmen trying to out-scheme each other in consistently amusing and surprising setups.

Rascals additionally stars Arjun Rampal, Lisa Haydon and Chunkey Pandey.Salman Khan features in a cameo.

Vishal-Shekhar have scored the music for the film scripted by Yunus Sajawal, with dialogs by Sanjay Chhel.

              Injuries seem to be more the norm rather than the exception with Sanjay Dutt. The actor recently tore a tendon in his elbow while working out but continued to shoot the next day in excruciating pain. 

Says a source close to Dutt, "Sanju has been working over the past year to keep himself fit and it shows! He has stopped drinking and has shed more than 16 kilos now. 

A couple of days ago, the actor was routinely working out in his gym at his Bandra residence. He was working on his triceps when some weights came crashing down on his arms.

The CEO of Sanjay Dutt Productions, Dharam Oberoi immediately rushed his boss to a doctor and got his X-rays done."

Dutt is currently shooting for Rascals, his home production being directed by David Dhawan in Mulund.

"A concerned Sanju wanted to resume shooting the same day in Mulund where the entire unit was present along with Arjun Rampal.

He knew that postponing the shoot would create a lot of hassles for the entire schedule, as it was an action sequence. He went on sets, completed the shoot and rushed home."

Says Dharam Oberoi, "Baba hurt his elbow tendon badly but did not let the injury come in the way of his shooting schedule for Rascals.

He visited the doctor, took X-rays, recieved the necessary treatment, applied ice packs and immediately rushed off to complete his day's work. He's a thorough professional."

Earlier this year, Dutt had hurt his foot while working out at a gym in Bangkok while shooting for Rascals.

           After playing an entire spectrum of crooks, from the gold loving Circuit to Babban who prefers women, Arshad Warsi is set to step into the black coats of a lawyer in his upcoming film ‘Jolly LLB’.

The third outing of ‘Phas Gaye Re Obama’ director Subhash Kapoor, the satire will take a look at the haloed courts of justice and the hilarity of their daily going-ons.

Bollywood ‘badshah’ Shah Rukh Khan himself was reportedly in the running for the role but now the ‘Munna Bhai’ star has been chosen by the director.“Arshad is a perfect fit for the role, a small town lawyer trying to fit into the Delhi courts. He looks the part and has proved with his previous work that he can easily match the mannerisms and body language too,” said Kapoor.

The film is based on the filmmaker’s own experiences of court-rooms and judges. The director had the opportunity to witness many while working as a journalist in Delhi and the episodes were far removed from the solemn sessions depicted in Bollywood films.

“During my days as a journalist I had the opportunity to see many court-proceedings and hung out with a lot of lawyers and it is so unlike the cliched Bollywood idea, with the judge saying ‘Order Order’,” said the filmmaker.

“The judges sometimes mixed up cases and the verdict for one was delivered at another. The lawyers came up with the silliest objections and received some funny put-downs. A court-room is the perfect setting for a comedy,” said the former-hack.

Kapoor’s ‘filmi’ dreams took him to Mumbai from the courts of the capital city, but he got off to a bad start. He made his directorial debut with the 2007 dud ‘Say Salaam India’ but all changed with his second ‘Phas Gaye..’.

The film which revolved around a small-town mafia reeling under the effects of the global recession, received critical and commercial success. But it was ‘Jolly LLB’ which was conceptualised before ‘Phas Gaye’. “I actually wrote the story in 2007. But then the recession happened and I just could not find a producer. That gave me the idea for ‘Phas Gaye’ and that film got made,” said the director.

And it changed the entire equation for Kapoor, who had the producers now lined up and ready to make ‘Jolly LLB’. “That is exactly how Bollywood works and not that I am complaining. ‘Phas Gaye’ came in a year when a lot of big budget films flopped and it was a very different film which went on to succeed. That saved me a lot of struggle as I actually was in a position where I could chose between producers for ‘Jolly’,” said the filmmaker.

Veteran actress Zeenat Aman, who has been rumoured to be upset about the lyrics of the new version of her song "Dum maaro dum", picturised on Deepika Padukone, has reached out to the young actress and congratulated her for looking "ravishing", says a source.

"Zeenat Aman reached out to Deepika and cleared the miscommunication. She didn't want Deepika to misunderstand," said the source.

Zeenat, who featured in the original song from the movie "Hare Rama Hare Krishna" in 1971, was disturbed with reports that she didn't like Deepika in the new version. So, she found out Deepika's number.

"Since Deepika is in London shooting for 'Desi Boyz', she is using a local London number. So Zeenat Aman spoke to Deepika. She communicated that Deepika looks ravishing and she finds her the best in this generation of heroines," said the source.

The song has faced the ire of many critics for its vulgar lyrics, but it is quite popular with the youth.

One-film-old Sonakshi Sinha seems to be having a gala time while shooting for Shirish Kunder’s “Joker” in Chandigarh with co-star Akshay Kumar.

Recently, when the cast and crew had some free time on hand they decided to play paintball.

“When the cast and crew had some free time on hand they all decided to have some fun and so they went to play paintball, ” said a source.

“Before starting the game, Akshay was heard telling everyone that well all know whose daughter Sonakshi is and so to make sure no one troubles her or else they would get a lot of ‘Khamosh’.

Everyone had good laugh and both Sonakshi and Akshay made sure that the atmosphere was light and fun after a hard day at work, ” the source added.

Paintball is a sport in which players try to eliminate opponents by hitting them with capsules containing food colouring and gelatin (referred to as paintballs) propelled from a device called a paintball marker.

After the major success of ‘Dhoom’ and ‘Dhoom 2’ , ‘Dhoom 3’ promises to offer triple dose of thrill and action. Aamir will start working on building his physique from April. Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra will continue to play the characters of Jai Dixit and Ali respectively. Aamir wil be playing a negative character for the first time. Aamir has worked in two other films for the Yash Raj banner namely, ‘Fanaa’ and ‘Parampara’.

Vidya Balan is all set to be filmed in a hot scene with Naseeruddin Shah in Milan Luthria’s next ‘Dirty Picture’. The film is based on the life of a sex icon, Silk Smitha, of the South Indian film world. Vidya will play Silk Smitha while Naseeruddin wil play the film’s producer. Vidya will be romancing Naseeruddin for the second time in this film; she had earlier worked with him in ‘Ishqiya’.

Vivek Oberoi has not had much happening in his career lately apart from his last ‘Rakhta Charitra’, but if reports are to be believed, he is about to get one of the most challenging roles of his life, the villain in the sequel to ‘Koi Mil Gaya’ and ‘Krissh’.

There have already been a lot of rumors about the cast of this role right from Ajay Devgan to Shah Rukh Khan and even Rana Daggubati, but Vivek Oberoi has finally bagged the role.

As for the direction part, since Rakesh Roshan has not directed a single film in the last five years, he wanted to have an outside director and had even approached Rakesh Omprakash Mehra to direct the film. At last, he decided to take the reins of direction in his hands. For the negative role, he wanted someone ultra-cool, stylish with gray shades. The villain in the film is witty, smart, edgy and somewhat evil- like the joker in the Batman series, and Vivek fits in the requirements perfectly. The film is scheduled to go on the floors in October this year and Vivek is yet to sign on the dotted lines.

Hrithik Roshan goes all out for his look in the upcoming Agneepath remake. From beefing up to 12 kilos more (all muscle) to buying gym equipment worth lakhs. Looks like the effort is worth it, no?

Hrithik Roshan will pile on 12 kilos for his role in Karan Johar's Agneepath. The actor got flabby for Guzaarish as well (and shed the kilos soon after), the difference this time around is that he's building only muscle mass.

Roshan Jr has been working out three hours daily with trainer Satyajit Chourasia despite a hectic schedule. He has also bought gym equipment worth lakhs for his newly renovated gym at his Juhu home.

Expansion

Says Satya, "Hrithik wants to look bigger and heavier than he normally does. He expanded his earlier gym last month to include eight new work-out machines which include chest and leg presses, rowing machines and a cable crossover machine which is like a small gym in itself and includes all body exercises. He used to be 70 kg and has now gained eight kilos. We are now aiming for 84 kg."

Not the same thing

Satya explains that putting on weight doesn't mean putting on flab. "Hrithik is working on building lean muscle mass like Aamir did on Ghajini.

For this kind of bodybuilding you need a very different and rigorous training schedule with proper sleep, correct nutrition, knowledge, motivation and dedication. Hrithik has it all. And he never misses out on his workouts. And like Aamir, he is focused, committed and a professional."

Regular changes

Satya says that Hrithik's exercises are changed regularly. "We improve and bring variations in exercises for faster results. Specific exercises and circuit training are given for specific body parts. 

Hrithik does a lot of functional training freehand exercises using body weight like gymnasts and also yoga for flexibility. I have worked with Hrithik since Lakshya. This is the first time I have seen him so bulked up after having a lean and sharp physique."

Hrithik's diet includes

>> Low carbs at night

>> Fruit platters

The latest buzz doing the rounds is that Akki will be paid a huge amount of Rs 23 crore for the sequel of Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai. This has tagged him as Bollywood’s sabse mehnga hero.
The OUATIM sequel will go on floors in December. It will be directed by Milan Luthria and produced by Ekta Kapoor.
Not just Akshay but Salman Khan has also reportedly bagged a deal for Rs 21 crores for brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri’s film Bodyguard, and he is also a partner in profits.
It is really surprising to see Akshay taking away such a huge sum despite his movies being a dud at the box office.

Hema Malini supports film on transgenders.

Although certain topics are considered a taboo in the industry even now, director David Atkins has shown courage and has helmed a film on transgenders called 'Queens! Destiny Of Dance', which got full support of actress Hema Malini, who came to launch the music of the film.
'Queens!...' that is slated to hit screens April 29, narrates the issues of transgenders in the country and the stigma attached to their lives.

The film has real life eunuchs in the film, along with actors like Seema Biswas and Vineeth.

'It is important to make films on transgenders also, to know about their problems and to know how to solve those. Everyone should come together and make this film a success because I have heard the story and I'm sure it has turned out to be great,' Hema told reporters here.

Also present at the music launch was Seema, who is playing a pivotal role in the film.

'When I was narrated this story, I loved it. I always felt that whenever in our films someone has to play a eunuch, a man plays it. I feel its more challenging if a woman plays it. So I was glad that I got an opportunity to do this film,' said the National award winning actress.

'It was a wonderful experience working on this film. Making this film is such a big risk, so I'm very thankful to the entire team of this film, for making something like this and encouraging transgenders,' she added.

Although the director finally finished the film, it was not easy to make it, she revealed.

'There were a lot of apprehensions when I wanted to make a film on this subject. I had to convince everyone, even my producers. But finally, it all fell into place and I'm glad it did,' Atkins said.
