Amitabh and Rekha in Rajnikanth's Rana

The speculations are rife that superstar Rajnikanth has roped in Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan to star in his upcoming film ‘Rana’. He will be seen in few scenes in the second half of the film.

The details of his character is yet not revealed but the tongues have already started wagging over the news of Big B starring in the film, in which Rekha will be paired opposite Rajnikanth.

Apart from "Amitabh and Rekha", the film also stars Bollywood bombshells - Deepika Padukone, and Vidya Balan. Rajni is playing triple role in the film and each actress will be paired opposite him generation-wise.

Rajni had played second lead in Amitabh Bachchan starrer film ‘Hum’ that released in 1991. If the reports are true, the wheel of fortune has revolved in a way that after two decades and Big B will be seen in a character role in Rajnikanth starrer film.
